Return and Refund Policy
Once a caricature order has been accepted it will be placed into a queue to be drawn. You have a right to request a full refund at this point.
Once drawing has commenced you will have the right to request refund of the printing costs.
Once the final print has been posted you do not have any right to a refund since the caricature is a completely personalised product.
If the caricature is damaged in transit then just contact me and I will arrange a replacement free of charge.
